RK Medical Aesthetics provides medical aesthetic services that require individualized assessment and clinical judgment. All treatments are provided only after a medical consultation and appropriate consent.

• Treatment decisions are made collaboratively between you and your qualified medical provider

To receive services at RK Medical Aesthetics, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (unless otherwise permitted by law with parental/guardian consent)
• Provide accurate and complete personal and medical information
• Be medically suitable for treatment, as determined by a licensed provider

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment if it is not clinically appropriate or safe.

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. By booking an appointment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and medical information
• Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
• Follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by the clinic

Late arrivals may result in shortened appointments or rescheduling.

To respect provider time and ensure availability for other patients:

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of a deposit
• Repeated missed appointments may require prepayment for future bookings

Specific cancellation policies may be communicated at the time of booking.

• Fees for services are disclosed prior to treatment
• Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise arranged
• We accept approved forms of payment as indicated by the clinic

Refund Policy:

• Medical aesthetic treatments are non-refundable once administered
• Unused prepaid services or packages may be subject to clinic policy
• Retail products may be eligible for exchange or credit in accordance with clinic policy

All medical aesthetic treatments carry potential risks and benefits, which will be explained during your consultation. You acknowledge that:

• Individual results vary
• No outcome is guaranteed
• Follow-up or additional treatments may be required for optimal results

You are responsible for disclosing complete and accurate medical history to reduce risks.

By receiving services, you consent to:

• Medical assessment and treatment as discussed and documented
• The use of clinical photographs for medical records

Use of photographs for educational or marketing purposes will only occur with your explicit written consent, and refusal will not affect your care.

You agree not to:

• Use our website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access restricted systems or data
• Copy, reproduce, or misuse website content without permission

All website content is the property of RK Medical Aesthetics unless otherwise stated.

Your personal and personal health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, applicable privacy legislation (including PHIPA and PIPEDA), and professional obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• RK Medical Aesthetics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Liability is limited to the cost of services provided

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

We are committed to a respectful, professional, and safe environment.

Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other patients will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be available on our website or upon request. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
