How can I buy a gift card?

Buy online via the link on this page or ask our staff to create and load one at the clinic.

Do I need an account to buy one?

Existing patients can purchase via their account online. If you are not a patient and want to buy a gift card for a family member or friend, you will need to create an account so that we can track your payment and gift card balance. Creating an account only takes a few minutes.

How does the recipient get the code?

After purchase, the buyer sees a gift-card code and can email it to the recipient from the purchase screen or forward the purchase at a later date.

How do I redeem a gift card?

Your gift card can be redeemed during checkout when paying for a treatment, product or service.

Can I reload or transfer a gift-card balance?

Yes — gift cards can be reloaded and balances transferred to another patient or profile if desired.

Are there min/max amounts?

There’s a mandatory $10 minimum online. The maximum online purchase is $2000 and maximum in-clinic purchase is $5000.

Does the gift card ever expire?

The gift card never expires.

What payment methods are accepted?

Online purchases accept all major credit cards and debit cards. In person, you can also purchase with cash.
